Our History

Our old house was built in 1916, respecting the architectural style of that time, located in Rosario´s historical area and only 100 meters from “El Círculo” theatre.
In the late 19th century, the “Pago de los Arroyos” (now the city of Rosario) began to evolve and grow due to a strong flow of immigrants that came, mainly, from Europe. The land where we are hosting you today, was bought by the Sívori family (hence: it is known as “Casa Sívori”) in 1908.
The City Council declared our the house, Historical Heritage of the City so as to protect it´s style, objective that was respected when remodeling Barisit, preserving it´s façade and historical spirit, but combining modern architecture so as to provide high quality services, harmonizing the ancient concept of it´s structure with today´s modern solutions.
